Judy Safian is a senior operations and management professional with 20+ years of experience in program management for diverse clients and in-house teams. She specializes in implementing new initiatives and improving existing ones, with particular expertise in eCommerce and training & development. Prior to joining EnCompass Education Solutions, Judy spent five years with Global Novations, a human capital consulting firm specializing in leadership development, talent management, and diversity and inclusion. In various management roles, she led cross-functional, high-impact teams, improving marketing operations, account management and client project management, and significantly increasing revenues and decreasing costs.
Judy also served as President of the Needham (MA) Educational Foundation, managing a 30 person board, growing the endowment by 50% to over $1.5MM and strengthening administration, donor, and community relationships. After working in the financial sector with Drexel Burnham Lambert, Judy was a project manager for management consulting firm Dove Associates, and a professional fundraiser focused on community-building and special event programs at the Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center. Judy earned a B.A, with honors from Boston University, and is a Master Project Manager (MPM), certified by the American Academy of Project Management.
