Karen Aylmer is an accomplished recruiting consultant and former VP, Human Resources with domestic and international experience in the financial services, software development, consulting and biotechnology sectors. Karen is skilled in building and retaining high performance teams in fast paced, evolving organizations. She specializes in recruiting, training, and coordinating a wide network of field professionals.
Karen has worked for large, mid-size and small companies including: JP Morgan Chase, Fidelity Investments, Accenture, Lucent Technologies/Kenan Systems, Transkaryotic Therapies, Intermetrics, Inc. and TIAX, LLC. She has played a lead HR role in C-level management teams and managed staff and budgets including employee benefits and services. Karen earned a B.A. with high honors from the University of Massachusetts and an Executive Human Resources Certificate from Babson College.
